Description
- Valid Passport;
- Certificate of Criminal Record issued by the Country of the official residence, certified by a Portuguese Consular representation and also translated to Portuguese ( loses validity after 3 months from the issue date);
-Marriage Certificate, certified by a Portuguese Consular representation and translated to Portuguese (loses validity after 6 months from the issue date);
- Birth Certificate, for dependents certified by a Portuguese Consular representation and also translated to Portuguese (loses validity after 6 months from the issue date);
- Proof of enrolment in the University and payment of tuition fees ( dependents above 18 years old).
